There's more - there's always more. But this is a good start and if you're nodding with "me too!" then please, come closer and tell me your favourite band / best ever gig!

What I Do

I create radical spaces where coaching psychology meets your inner punk spirit (you DO have one!). In The Revolutionary Coaches HQ™, I curate the rooms for deep conversations partnered with transformative supervision, and an authentic community for coaches who dare to think differently. We exist! You are no longer alone, and I warmly invite you in.

From £8 Underground Sessions to exclusive Revolutionary Coaches Salon™ experiences, I've built environments where brilliant minds and deeply caring hearts connect and create waves of change.

No matter where you are in your coaching career, from newly qualified to experienced Master Coach, we have nourishing supervision for you with carefully structured support in partnership.

Why I Do It

I was thinking about my 'why' through my favourite lens which is, of course, music. And these words kept coming back to me:

"My heart will never know defeat. My song is unity, liberty, romance"

That's not just a lyric tattooed on my skin - it's the manifesto that drove me from university corridors to my revolutionary coaching practice as The GenXistential Coach®. My own coaching practice is existential coaching for Gen Xers who're dealing with life's shit-show.

After burning out in an unsupported senior university role, I discovered the transformative power of authentic, radical self-acceptance and reflective practice during my Masters degree; some of it from my learning, most of it from my own lived experiences in what's been a pretty off-script life.

But it took me quite some time, and quite a lot of wasted cash in the wrong things at the wrong time, for me to fully get my coaching practice underway. There were days when I felt like giving up, when I was flogging stuff on Vinted to pay the bills, and when my heart felt heavy because I KNEW I could help people with my knowledge and experience but I just couldn't find the right kind of person to support me. You know, someone who is realistic about what it takes to build a coaching practice AND who gets that working in a band tee and bare feet is normal! I couldn't gel with the glossy posse 'girl bosses' or the bro-marketer hustle bustle.

So here's my why: I refuse to let coaches struggle alone in a profession that can be isolating, overwhelming, or worse - reduced to quick-fixes and sleazy practices. We out-liers need unity to create our freedom to be the very best, smartest, heart-led coaches and mentors.

This HQ exists because coaching deserves better. Because YOU deserve better. Because the world needs ethical, intelligent, heart-led coaches who create real transformation, not just temporary feel-good moments.

Who I Do It For

I established the Revolutionary Coaches HQ for coaches, mentors and therapists who've always been the ones who were different.

The younger you who loved The Cure whilst everyone else screamed for Bros. The you who went clubbing and to festivals whilst your peers were dancing at the local 'disco'. The you who was curious and adventurous about life and all it has to offer; who rolled their eyes at another mediocre white man being your boss; the you who knows - has always known - that being an innovator and creative and passionate is more important than fitting into some sanitised, homogenised, coach-y little box.

You didn't throw your life over to train as a coach, mentor or therapist to do it the standard way. To be minted from the coaching factory of perma grins, beautiful insta grids, and banging on about 'corporate' and 6 figures just 2 weeks after setting up your business.

You're the coach who questions conventions, who wants bright and sparky conversations alongside practical support, who believes coaching can change the world when it's done with integrity and spirited authenticity.

Whether you're newly qualified and feeling overwhelmed by all the business stuff they don't teach in training, or you're experienced but hungry for supervision that stretches you, challenges you, and honours your brilliance - you're ready to find your tribe of brilliant minds who understand that unity, liberty, and romance aren't just song lyrics, they're the foundation of revolutionary practice.

Some Things I Like

(an incomplete list)

Live music - going to gigs in the UK and overseas is my energy giver and has been since I was 14. I’ll never stop.

Cheese - the joy of a perfect cheese beautifully paired with the best biscuit, quince paste, and fruit cannot be beaten. No ifs or buts

Books - being captivated by brilliant writing and a compelling story, either fiction or biography, is a great use of one’s time

London and other cities - I love a city for its energy, creativity, heartbeat, hidden secrets and known treasures. If it has trams, even better!

Department Stores - especially to buy fancy macarons, notebooks, weird kitchen utensils and Christmas baubles. Especially European department stores.

Being an introvert - it’s a power move and means you can recharge by reading great books or listening to amazing music and that’s non-negotiable! Better with macarons. Or cheese. Ideally both.

Staring at the sea - I love a cruise for the mind reset that staring at a vast open sea gives. We are small and there’s greater elements than us.

Some Things I Dislike

(a very incomplete list)

Hateful people who hurt the world we all inhabit. Can’t say it any other way.

Spotify - why is an algorithm choosing your cultural inputs and you’re paying for it (whilst artists get ripped off)

Mushrooms. I’m never eating mouldy fungus, thanks.

People who don’t listen well. It’s tiresome.

Social media influence - don’t get me started!

Litterbugs. Stop it!

Unkindness.
