I hosted a Round Table for the Atomicon conference (it's really fab - go!) on the current state of the coaching industry and the feedback could be summarised as "wow - we need more of these conversations!". I had a load of messages asking if I did anything similar, and I recognised that expert coaches want to talk about coaching expertise. Not as an echo-chamber, not as an egoic exercise, but because passionate, smart coaches love learning from others' experience and knowledge and sharing their own.

Remember when you were training and LOVED those conversations in class? The ones that fired up your curiosity, fanned the flame inside to learn deeply and, most importantly, put that learning into practice? Those energetic conversations where you were excited about the impact you were going to make when you were coaching and mentoring others?
